• Available Sizes: If an alternative size is available, we are pleased to facilitate an exchange for the correct size.
• No Alternative Color Exchange: Please note that exchanges are limited to alternative sizes and not alternative colors.
• Exchange for alternative sizes can be done within a  period of 3 days from the date of receiving your order.

4. No Returns Accepted

To maintain the hygiene and quality of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than for an exchange of the same item in a different size, as specified above.

1. Request for Exchange:  Exchange applicable within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange in the above link 
2. Confirmation: Our customer service team will review your request and confirm the availability of the alternative size.
3. Exchange Authorization: Once confirmed, you will receive an authorization for the exchange along with detailed instructions from our customer support team.

6. Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

1. Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
2. Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

7. Delivery / Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of placement. Enjoy a flat shipping charge of ₹99 for the convenience of prompt and reliable delivery.We recommend using  Track Order feature to ensure the prompt arrival of your order.
