1. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Original Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
- Exchange Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Available Sizes: If an alternative size is available, we are pleased to facilitate an exchange for the correct size.
- No Alternative Color Exchange: Please note that exchanges are limited to alternative sizes and not alternative colors.
- Product / Order return is not applicable
